Chocolate cheer is being spread throughout Otago, Canterbury and Southland in the lead-up to the Dunedin Cadbury Chocolate Carnival.
Cadbury has started a carnival roadshow, in which staff will travel by camper van to 13 communities where they will help raise money for charity.
Today, the camper van will be in Rakaia, after which it goes to Ashburton, Pleasant Point, Fairlie, Tekapo, Omarama, Wanaka, Bluff, Invercargill, Nightcaps, Lumsden, Te Anau and Alexandra.
In each community, Cadbury, in conjunction with Four Square, will run fundraising events.
Money will be given to charities chosen by people within each community.
Cadbury will promote carnival events during the roadshow, which will return to Dunedin in mid-July.
The carnival runs from July 20-26.
