They have given plenty of pleasure to many.

Now they are asking people to give them and their community a bit of a helping hand.

Dynamic Highlanders wingers Waisake Naholo and Patrick Osborne are leading a collection at the next two Highlanders games to aid victims of Cyclone Winston in Fiji.

Cyclone Winston hit Fiji last month destroying many homes, killing 42 people and many fresh water supplies were destroyed.

Naholo and Osborne hail from Fiji and hope people who come to the games over the next two weeks - against the Hurricanes tomorrow night and the Lions on March 12 - will give generously.

Naholo's family is based in the area of Sigatoka which had escaped the main damage of the cyclone but he wanted to help his fellow Fijians.

Most of Osborne's family were based in Suva, which also escaped relatively unharmed but a village where he had extended family had only about five houses still standing from about 200.

Naholo, who has injured his leg and is out for two months, said anything would help and hope people would contribute to the cause.

There will be 16 bucket holders around the covered stadium tomorrow night and people can also give to the Red Cross at redcross.org.nz.
