Dunedin fashion celebrity Barbara Brinsley discussed garments from her collection at the weekend.
The hospice had to raise $2.5 million each year to continue operating, and was always looking for ways of raising money.
During the "Champagne, Cake & Couture" show, fashion historian Dr Jane Malthus and Mrs Brinsley discussed her collection, which includes many international labels, as well as her favourite New Zealand brands.
