A vacant shop in South Dunedin was damaged when a motorist drove through the front of the building last night.
A police spokesman said the motorist, driving a van with company logos on it, then drove away.
A witness saw the incident and reported it to police about 10.20pm.
There was moderate damage to the Hillside Rd shop's front and police want to talk to the driver.
