Pair arrested after climbing Dental School site

Two 18-year-olds have been arrested after climbing the University of Otago Dental School under construction at the weekend.

At 1.20am on Sunday the men, both of Auckland, were arrested for unlawfully being on a building.

Senior Sergeant Craig Dinnissen, of Dunedin, said the pair were given pre-charge warnings.

One of the men, a University of Otago student, was referred to the proctor,  Sgt Dinnissen said.
