■Samuel Aran Shivnan (32), two charges of breaching parole (entered business owned by a Chinese person without written approval of Probation, failed to comply with condition prohibiting alcohol and illicit drug consumption), Dunedin, December 6, four months’ jail.
■Kayla Yvonne Leppingwell (30), of Mosgiel, breaching prison release conditions (failed to report to Probation — two charges, failed to attend Stopping Violence course, failed to comply with alcohol and drug testing), between August 18 and September 21, sentence deferred six months.
■Dennis Stuart Woodham, (47), of Dunedin, possessing offensive weapon (knife), Octagon, March 4; possessing offensive weapon (baton and knife), Princes St, April 17, sentence deferred 12 months.
