Dunedin emergency services were called to a car fire in Ross Creek area on Monday night.
A crew from the Roslyn Fire Station were called to an empty Nissan Pulsar on fire at the intersection of Wakari and Burma Rds, just after 8pm.
A firefighter at the scene said the car was well alight when they arrived.
Police were also called to the scene.
