Dedicated followers of fashion

Admiring photographs taken by Otago Polytechnic students are commercial design student (front) Michaela Roy and Beth Dick at the opening night of the polytechnic’s design showcase Debrief, last night.

Ms Roy’s own fashion photographs, taken in Shanghai, are also on display.

The exhibition celebrates the work of students from all of the polytechnic’s design disciplines: communication; fashion; product; interior architecture and architectural technology.

Other work on display includes hand-made garments, print media and publications, graphic design and web and film projects.

Open until Sunday, the exhibition is open to the public from 8am to 5pm each day.
