More than 1500 postal votes were received for the competition, which started on June 14 and closed on July 8.
''Every baby's cute and and every mum's proud of her baby, so we had an amazing response,'' Allied Press marketing co-ordinator Jess Peck said yesterday.
''We had 180 entries last year, but we got 315 this year. There were so many entries we had to extend our 'Baby Times' tabloid last month from 12 pages to 16 pages. It took us four hours just to count all the votes.''
The three winners won a $100 New World supermarket shopping voucher.
An earlier Facebook competition, drew 4000 votes and the three winners received $50 Baby Divine vouchers.
