Mosgiel-Taieri Community Board chairwoman Sarah Nitis told members at a meeting last week the Dunedin City Council would get the clock fixed when a circuit board arrived from Austria.
''It should be up and going before Christmas,'' Mrs Nitis said. The clock stopped working due to a fault with a flooded circuit board, she said. In a report given to the board, the council vowed to maintain the clock twice-yearly.
