68 years old and still stylish

Lyndon Walker, of Dunedin, gives his 1956 Chevrolet Bel Air a bit of extra sparkle at the Stateside Streeters 45th Anniversary weekend at Forbury Park on Saturday.

Over 40 vehicles were on display, ranging from a 1932 Coupe to a 2016 Dodge Hellcat.

Past-president John Lister said many of the club’s original members were still around, while people came from as far south as Invercargill for the event.

"It’s a great family-oriented club with a passion for cars and a passion for people", he said.
