Model turned designer Jodhi Mears is set to ask a Sydney court to impose an apprehended violence order against fiance and Noiseworks singer Jon Stevens.
The move comes after police were called to an incident at the couple's Point Piper home on Monday, Fairfax Media reports.
Ms Meares was last before Waverley Local Court in August, where she was fined $1100 and disqualified from driving for a year after pleading guilty to drink driving.
The matter is listed for mention at the same court on Thursday morning.
