Whitestone Cheese chief executive Simon Berry said he was "thrilled" to be part of the inaugural event.
"It’s fantastic to have this all-weather facility to showcase and celebrate our regional produce ... to have it presented under one roof is a great opportunity not to be missed."
More than 120 exhibitor stands had been sold and there was strong interest in those remaining.
The show is being run in partnership with Allied Press, whose commercial manager, Matthew Holdridge, encouraged potential exhibitors to call as soon as possible to secure a stand.
"We’re now selling the last few stands and look forward to delivering another top quality event at the stadium."
