Most people in Dunedin know Ombrellos as the premium craft-beer restaurant in town and a few have a story to tell somewhere along the line.

They can cater for groups from three or four — right up to a full house. Ombrellos has great food from lunch to dinner, and an all-day bar menu, as well as an awesome selection of craft beers on tap, and other beverages.

They have a selection of rooms: from the main bar to quirky private dining rooms and the beautiful enclosed outdoor courtyard—complete with a roaring open fire or full sunshine.

It is the perfect location for telling a yarn or listening to the live bands that play every Friday from 5pm. Ombrellos is centrally located on Clarendon St, easily accessible and with plenty of parking.

Ombrellitos is the recently opened ‘‘rebel child’’ spinoff at the other end of town.

Located in the beautifully restored Petridish building at 8 Stafford St, it is a cafe and bar offering more of the same quality that you’ve come to love at Ombrellos. Craft beers on tap, accompanied by breakfast, lunch, and Latin American tapas, coffee and cake, a cheeky little glass of wine or a few favourite rums, whiskies, and gins. Open Monday to Friday 8am to 7pm.

They also now have a full catering licence, and so can take Ombrellos/ Ombrellitos on the road if you want to bring the fun to where you are. Contact them on bookings@ombrellos.co.nz or (03) 477-8773 for all enquiries.
