The 11 songs here, occasionally tender, often boisterous, come across as a series of late-night inspirations.
It's as if the crowd has dissipated, leaving the band members to flesh out their own whims (albeit to the cackle of a lone bar-fly), helped by an extended cast that includes vocalist Tami Neilson and steel guitar player John Egenes.
