Lady Gaga was hit in the head by a metal pole during her last New Zealand show, giving the pop star a concussion.
The Born This Way singer was performing the song Judas about halfway through her Vector Arena show when a large metal pole fell and knocked her on top of the head.
At the time, she promised fans the show would go on.
TMZ.com reported the singer as saying: "I want to apologise. I did hit my head and I think I may have a concussion. But don't you worry, I will finish this show."
Video footage of the incident shows her reeling and staggering from the top of a castle while holding a fake machine gun.
Gaga performed three New Zealand shows and is now heading to Australia.
