The southern sites are Mosgiel, Green Island, Oamaru, Timaru and Invercargill.
Colliers International director and commercial broker in Dunedin Dean Collins said the sites went on sale last week and could be purchased individually, in a small number or the entire portfolio.
Of the 23 sites, 21 are 100% leased to Z Energy and two are other brands, which in total generate an annual net income of $3.6million.
April 30 is the deadline for offers.
''They're part of a wider portfolio of 23 throughout New Zealand ranging from Paihia all the way to Invercargill,'' he said.
