Scott chief executive Chris Hopkins said the redevelopment timeframe and budget were "still on track", and office staff were likely to move in by July, followed by factory staff in October.
The project, started last September by construction company Calder Stewart, will double the workshop space to 3000sqm. The combined engineering and administration space will also double, to 1600sqm; and include a training centre.
