Air New Zealand chief executive Rob Fyfe appeared on television stripped and painted last night for the launch of the airline's latest advertising campaign.

Mr Fyfe and eight of his employees were filmed for the Nothing to Hide campaign, which marketers hope will bring attention to the all-inclusive nature of Air New Zealand fares.

The advert, also available on video website youtube.com, featured Mr Fyfe painted as a baggage handler and loading bags onto an aeroplane.

Air New Zealand includes charges for drinks, baggage allowances and other services into its fares, differentiating itself from other airlines which charge extra for food, drinks, blankets and headphones.

Mr Fyfe, a former air force officer, was recently voted "hottest businessman" in a recent online poll.
