Just 14 days remain until the southern hemisphere's biggest winter party begins, officially marking the start of Winter 2010, and this year's organisers are pulling out all stops to ensure no-one will be left disappointed.
Boxing great Sugar Ray Leonard will be a special guest at this year's Queenstown Winter Festival charity boxing event.
The April sun will be gone, but snake eyes will still be on paradise in June, when New Zealand rockers Mark Williams, Todd Hunter, Bruce Reid and Pete Drummond, who form the band Dragon, headline during the 2010 American Express Queenstown Winter Festival Mardi Gras.
