Ingredients
1 cup of Harraway’s blackcurrant spiced apple oats
½ cup brown sugar
125g butter
1t baking soda
1 cup flour
¼ cup coconut
2T golden syrup
2T boiling water
Method
1. Blend dry ingredients.
2. Melt butter and syrup.
3. Dissolve baking soda in water, add to melted ingredients.
4. Stir in dry ingredients.
5. Roll mixture into balls and gently flatten on to greased trays.
6. Bake at 150°C for 15 minutes.
