    Should Arrowtown benefit from the sale of 6 Merioneth St?

    Almost 20 years after the late John Martin brokered a deal to save three historic Arrowtown cottages, which included a property on Merioneth St, his widow's furious Queenstown's council's putting proceeds from the $2.761m sale of the latter into reducing its own debt, rather than Arrowtown projects.
