Petrol and diesel prices started to fall again today with Shell leading a price decrease of 3c a litre.
The cuts took 91 octane petrol to 172.9c a litre, 95 octane to 179.9c and diesel to $110.9.
Shell spokeswoman Kylie Reeves said the company monitored its prices on a daily basis and looked to pass on any savings it could to customers.
"Today's price drop reflects a decrease in the cost of refined product."
Fuel prices rose earlier this month.
Two rises totalling 10c took 91 octane to 175.9c a litre, while diesel hit 113.9c a litre.
