New Zealand tennis player Sacha Jones has made the final of the $US25,000 ($NZ34,293) Challenger tournament in Mt Gambier, South Australia.
Jones, who has a current WTA world ranking of 284, beat top seed and 149th ranked Yurika Sema of Japan 6-3 6-4 in the semifinals today.
She will play either former top-10 player Alicia Molik or Shannon Golds, both of Australia, for the title.
Jones, 18, won the singles title at her previous $US25,000 event in Darwin and made the semifinals of a tournament a week earlier.
