The winner of 10 races, Presidential Reign has not raced since December 27.
She was served in the spring by Mach Three.
"She tested in foal at 14 and 28 days but at 52 days she had absorbed the foal," John Price, her Winton co-owner, said.
"She has been back in work since February 1 and has had a couple of workouts, winning one."
Presidential Reign won a free-for-all at Invercargill in December and she won the Riverton Cup from a 20m handicap there in October from six starts this season.
She has to rate a chance in a free-for-all tonight.
Bettor's Strike dominates the race after his win in the Winton Cup on Sunday.
Diomedes, a stablemate of Bettor's Strike with Cran Dalgety, is a standout in race 9.
The 3yr-old won at Addington two starts back and finished third to Highview Tommy and Rocket Star in a heat of the Southern Supremacy Stakes at Winton on Sunday.
• Lulabelle Midfrew qualified as a pacer in 6.5sec inside the required time at Addington yesterday.
She is a 3yr-old filly by Christian Cullen from Lucinda Midfrew, trained by Carl Forrester.

• Five of the progeny of stallion Courage Under Fire qualified as pacers at Oamaru yesterday with four trained by Bruce Negus, who prepared the champion.
Negus qualified the 2yr-olds Atom Of Courage, Atom Under Fire and Live Courage for Greg Brodie, who raced Courage Under Fire.
Atom Of Courage, who led home seven others in his test, is the first foal of Trustee Mota, a Soky's Atom mare who two races when trained by Negus.
Negus also qualified Be Of Good Courage and Glasnevin (a 3yr-old by McArdle).
