Dunedin police are appealing for information after they received a report of gun shots in the Melbourne St area, South Dunedin, last night.
It was believed they came from a shot gun. A dark coloured Subaru legacy station wagon may have been involved, Senior Sergeant Craig Brown said.
The incident happened about 11.45pm.
