The Waitaki District Council has received 23 submissions to its 2015-25 draft Long Term Plan.
People have an opportunity to make submissions until April 24.
Waitaki Mayor Gary Kircher said ratepayers should have their say on what was a ''guiding document for the next 10 years''.
''The more feedback we get, the better,'' Mr Kircher said.
