Build moving full steam ahead

Work continues on Maitland St to construct seven housing units after minor consent changes were approved by the Dunedin City Council last month.

The 496sqm site is being developed into six one-bedroom units and one two-bedroom unit by Mosgiel company DP Bain Properties Ltd.

The changes included removing carparks from the plans.

The original non-notified consent for subdivision of the property was granted by the council in June.
