Changeover brings free flowers

Anna Vandenbosh, of Dunedin, selects free ex-bedding plants from the Dunedin City Council at Tahuna Park yesterday.

The council was changing the garden plot at the Roslyn roundabout and the discarded bedding plants were free to a good home.

Plants up for the taking included poppies, polyanthus and pansies.
