Dunedin violinist Charis Lehr, 8, celebrates with fellow musicians, following a popular concert of Irish music celebrating St Patrick’s Day, at Tūhura Otago Museum on Saturday.

She is one of a large group of young Dunedin musicians learning a string instrument from various teachers around the city, using the Suzuki method.
