2 cups wholemeal flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ cup coconut sugar
Pinch of salt
1 Tbsp ground cinnamon
2 Tbsp ground ginger
½ cup olive oil
3 Tbsp maple syrup
½ cup plant milk
Topping
1/3 cup chopped
crystallised ginger
¼ cup chopped walnuts
1 Tbsp pumpkin seeds
