The fundraiser has been held for more than 20 years and last year raised about $26,000 for teaching and learning resources at the school.
Proceeds from this year's event will be put towards the school's grounds and playground and help support programmes the school runs, such as camps.
The book fair will be held at the school, on Beetham St, from 10am until 2pm on Sunday.
