The Dunedin City Council has also released preliminary images of the new pool which show it will have four water spaces (lap, learners, toddlers, and hydrotherapy) and a spa pool. All of them will be fully accessible to people with disabilities.
The car park will include e-vehicle and e-bike charging stations.
Construction is expected to be complete by the end of 2022.
