A Dunedin student is recovering from an attack in which he was allegedly punched several times and robbed of his iPhone and other personal roperty in the Octagon early on Sunday.
Senior Sergeant Mel Aitken said the student, in his early 20s, was robbed about 6am outside the Pop Bar.
Police were investigating the incident.
