Cyclists Allan (Suds) Sutherland, Mike Doig, and Brian Corson head over the Roseneath cutting on Monday. The last of the concrete panels with artwork by Dunedin’s Simon Kaan isnow in place. The 200m-long, 2.5m-high retaining wall at the State Highway 88 Roseneath cutting will carry a section of the $31million Dunedin to Port Chalmers walkway/cycleway above the highway, where users will be protected by secure fencing.
