A 10km oil spill caused mayhem near Queenstown today.
Police said they attended four crashes on State Highway 6, at about 5pm, after a large fuel spill.
A police spokesman said one person was taken to hospital with minor injuries after a truck rolled near Gibbston.
The spill stretched from Gibbston through to Lake Hayes.
Motorists in the area were advised to "take it slow".
