Welcoming people to the new Deaf Aotearoa office at Moray Pl, Dunedin, with sign language yesterday morning are deaf community member Peg Makinson and Maori deaf development officer Richard Perry.

Deaf Aotearoa chief executive Lachlan Keating said he was proud to show off the new Dunedin office to his community.

The new offices would help Deaf Aotearoa provide services to the hard of hearing, which included support for youth and assistance with employment.
