The winners of this year's TrustPower Waitaki District Community Awards will be known after a ceremony in the Opera House on Monday.
For the first time, the awards cover all the Waitaki district. In the past there have been separate awards for the Waihemo and Oamaru areas.
This year, 98 voluntary groups and organisations were nominated.
As well as category winners and the youth community spirit award, the supreme winner will be announced and awarded $1500, a trophy and all-expenses paid trip to the national awards in the Far North district next March.
