New CEO role for Jim Harland

NZ Transport Agency regional relationships director and former Dunedin City Council chief executive Jim Harland has been appointed as the Waimakariri District Council’s new chief executive.

Mr Harland said he was excited to take the helm of ‘‘a highly successful council’’ and be ableto build on its success.

He takes up the Rangiora role in late March.
