Senior Wakatipu residents stand to benefit from a major health expo promoting "positive ageing and staying healthy" for those aged 65 years and over.
Age Concern Southland assembled 16 health agencies and social support organisations to set up displays in the St John Wakatipu rooms, Frankton, for the expo on Friday, June 1, from 11am to 1.30pm.
Age Concern Queenstown co-ordinator Helen Stevens said last week the free expo would offer advice on healthy living, free blood pressure checks and guest speakers. A free light lunch will be provided at 12.30pm.
