Wizard adds to spring celebrations

Environmentalist and Bluff resident Noel Peterson, also known as The Green Wizard, visited South Alive on Saturday for the South Alive Spring Flower Show in Invercargill.

Mr Peterson said it was an opportunity to herald the beginning of spring and support the local community.

"I’m a green wizard and a big part of that is being connected to caring about nature.

"I could go on about the environment until the cows come home."

About 20 people entered this year’s show with their most prized plants.
