In the latest investor report, Hannahs chief executive David Gordon and buyer Dallas Robertson are shown with Kim and Khloe Kardashian.
Mr Gordon said the range of handbags designed by Kim, Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian had sold above expectations.
In the first four days of the "Kardashian Kollection" handbag range being on shelves, Hannahs sold nearly a third of the total stock.
"It was like a massive four-day mega sale and it is still going strong," he said.
Since the launch of the Kollection at the end of September, Hannahs had nearly sold out through its network of 65 stores. It was taking delivery of another shipment in time for Christmas.
Hannahs won the exclusive rights to the range in New Zealand despite tough competition from other retailers, Mr Gordon said.
It had scale and its brand was aligned with the Kardashian's aspirations to offer top-level fashion at an affordable price.
"The bags are just fantastic - high fashion designs at everyday prices. There is a bag to suit all styles. One enthusiastic customer even purchased eight bags."
Accessories such as handbags had a proud tradition at footwear retailers, he said. They offered customers the opportunity to co-ordinate a total look and even make an impulse purchase.
Hannahs was in good shape, Mr Gordon said. It had just completed its best winter season and although the summer season selling period had started slowly, initiatives such as the launch of the Kardashian Kollection had helped build momentum.
