The Dunedin Ice Skating Club has based its Christmas production, Peter Pan on Ice, on the popular children's tale.
The show features 120 Dunedin Ice Skating Club members, ranging in age from 4 to 70.
"It's based on Peter Pan, but with a wee bit of artistic licence," Dunedin Ice Skating Club president Sue Hoseit said on Thursday.
"We had to incorporate a lot more children, so we've dressed the littlies up as stars and flowers."
The cast held a full dress rehearsal on Wednesday and a technical rehearsal on Thursday night.
The ice extravaganza stars New Zealand women senior figure skating champion Morgan Figgins (19) as Wendy.
Captain Hook's nemesis crocodile and the Highly Flammable fire performance troupe also make cameos.
Peter Pan on Ice is on at the Dunedin Ice Stadium at 4.30pm today, and 1pm and 5pm tomorrow.
