Laurel Bank House was built in 1892, and was on the corner of Stanley St and Frankton Rd before Sheena Haywood and her husband Stephen transported it to Max's Way and restored it.
The Christmas party has become an annual fixture on the calendar, giving residents the chance to see the home, and now Ms Martin will host guests for high tea parties in the Sundays leading up to Christmas, starting December 4.
"We've been doing Christmas here since we moved in about four years ago and found people weren't in a hurry to go.
"People just loved being here," Ms Haywood said.
Guests would be seated in one of the many rooms of the home.
They would receive a full silver service, sandwiches, hot scones, home-made jam and cream, cupcakes, Christmas cake and other treats.
Each person would pay $25 for one of the three optional times of 10am, 12.30pm or 3pm.
Inquiries to Ms Haywood on (03) 027 488 0088 or (03) 442 2262.
