Oamaru's nosy parkers will unite this weekend for a Homes, Gardens and Studio Tour with a twist.
Six quirky, unusual houses and studios with "different feels" are included in the self-guided tour, which will begin simultaneously at 1pm from the different residences.
Organiser Donna Demente said the group eschewed the aesthetics and ideals of contemporary design.
"We're not into indoor-outdoor flow and minimalism," she said.
"There will be lots of comedy and lots of clutter.
"Nosy parkers are welcome."
The tour will be followed by an afternoon tea at the Grainstore Gallery with music from the Oamaru intergalactic ukulele ensemble until 4.30pm.
Tickets cost $20 from the i-SITE on Thames St.
