On the eve of the start of Southern Field Days at Waimumu, Rural Life commentator Paul Dwyer talks with publicity officer Justine Williams and Eastern Southland Young Farmers chairman Warren Ross.
Rural Life and the Eastern Southland Young Farmers today put on a "shout" for exhibitors who worked hard throughout the day to get their sites in order following devastating flooding in the region last week.
The three-day event is expected to attract more than 40,000 customers and begins at 8am on Wednesday.
• Look out for Paul Dwyer's video clips over coming days, as he catches up with all and sundry in an exploration of the 700-plus sites.
