A car has rolled on State Highway 83 near Kurow-Duntroon Rd in Otekaieke, injuring four people.
Police arrived on the scene about 9:10pm and a helicopter was also dispatched.
A helicopter took one person with serious injuries to Dunedin Hospital.
The other three received moderate injuries and were taken by ambulance to Oamaru Hospital.
