The 15-year-old won the 200m freeestyle, winning in a time of 1min 57.96sec.
She was 0.13sec ahead of the second place-getter, Lani Pallister, of Australia.
The Australian had won the 400m, 800m and 1500m in the freestyle at the meet but could not pip Fairweather in the final day of the meet.
