About 1800 runners and walkers traversed a 5km or family-friendly 3.4km course around Logan Park while being blasted with brightly coloured powder for their efforts.
The event, organised by Sport Otago to celebrate the coming of spring and based on the Indian Holi Festival, attracted a strong turnout with younger participants well represented.
