Police have made a number of arrests after the occupants of a Morrinsville property were apparently threatened by with a firearm this morning.
The occupants called police when the offenders fled the scene in two vehicles.
One of the vehicles then crashed into a power pole after the offenders were taken into custody by the Armed Offenders Squad without incident.
No-one was injured.
